Q: Do
you have parking? Is there an extra cost?
A: Yes, we have a private parking lot on
site, it is however limited parking. Parking needs
to be arranged ahead of time. The charge is
$10/per night. There is also a city parking lot
close by. We accept NO responsibility for cars
parked in our lot.
Q:
Are you near public transit?
A: Yes, we are 2 blocks (less than a 5
minute walk) form Wellesley Station as well as the
Yonge & Bloor station.
Q: Is
Breakfast Included in the rate?
A: No, because we aren’t a Bed & Breakfast.
We do have an arrangement with a couple of local
restaurants so that our guests will receive a 10%
discount when they show a Victoria's Mansion room
key. Our rooms are also equipped with coffee
maker, fridge, microwave, dishes, etc. so that
guests can prepare some items in their rooms.
Q: Are there place that are close to have
breakfast?
A: Yes we are within easy walking range of
numerous and varied restaurants.
Q: What time is check in and check out?
A: Check in is between 3pm and 7:00 pm and
check out is 11am.
Q: Is
there a place we can keep our luggage if we arrive
early?
A: We have a spot but it isn’t secure
, you will be leaving your luggage at your own
risk.
Q: Is
your place handicap accessible?
A: As a historic building we are unable to
offer modern handicap accessibility.
Q:
How much is a taxi to your place from the airport?
A: Approximately $50, depending on traffic.
Q: Is there someone on staff 24hrs a day?
A: No, staff are usually on site from 11:00
am until 7:00 pm. If it is very busy then
exceptions are made. Staff are accessible by
telephone in case of emergency.
