Arrival

Check-in: 3 PM – 7 PM

Check-out: 11 AM

A cash deposit or credit card for incidental charges and government-issued photo identification are required upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy

We offer a full refund up to 48 hours prior to arrival date.

Pets

Victoria’s Mansion is nestled in a quiet street to walk your dog each morning. Pets stay free in our Lower Level rooms and must be well-behaved. Learn more about our pet-friendly hotel and please contact our front desk at (416) 921-4625 to see if we have any designated pet-friendly rooms available.

Parking

We have a private parking lot, however it is limited. Parking must be arranged prior to your arrival by calling our front desk at (416) 921-4625 or by emailing us at [email protected]. The charge is $10 per night.

There is also a city parking lot close by. We accept NO responsibility for cars parked in our lot.

We are 2 blocks or less than a 10-minute walk from Wellesley Station as well as the Yonge & Bloor Station.

Smoking

We are a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted on the premises.

Accessibility

As a historic building, we are unable to offer modern handicap accessibility features. Due to the property's Victorian-style architecture, we do not have an on-site elevator available. 

Additional Beds

Certain rooms have space for a cot and are specified under our room descriptions. No rollaway beds are available to add to other rooms.

Deposit

Guests are required to pay 50% upon time of booking.
